This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Project Manager based in Dubai. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget, and maintaining project documentation.

• Provide project management services for all kinds of IT projects, with more focus on application system implementation projects
• Lead project team, communicate with customers throughout the project
• Responsible in project deliverables and quality assurance
• 3 Months onsite business trip in other ME countries

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related is preferred
• PMP / PMI-ACP / Agile cert is preferred
• At least 5 years’ work experience in project management for corporate or enterprises
• Well-organized, attention to detail

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative English-speaking Administrative Assistant and Receptionist to provide exceptional support to our team, guests, and clients.

• Assist in daily office operations, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
• Support administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
• Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper organization of communications.
• Assist in preparing reports, memos, and presentations using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Proven 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
